Welcome to Racescort666's foodlopnik food porn. Today's edition is basically Mitch Omer's Salsa con Misho from the Hell's Kitchen cookbook. Needless to say, it's delicious.

This is really the only sauce part: Peppadew peppers (drained) and chipotle peppers in adoba sauce.

Yep, it uses a whole head of garlic.

It didn't photograph that well in the bowl.

But it looks great when I dress it up. Maybe I need a better camera than my iPotato.

I'm not going to post the recipe because it's not mine and you should buy the book. I hope everyone enjoyed today's edition.

Also, there was this asshole that was thinking that my car wanted to cuddle with theirs while I was at the grocery store.

Pssh, what makes you think me and my friends have class. . . although, they do make their own food. I am really the only one that eats poptarts and burgers all day.
